Hi! I'm Rachel, founder and baker at Hottmitts Bakery. My passion for baking began when I was just four years old. Long before I could properly reach the counter, I was climbing onto it myself, determined to bake and create in the kitchen. While other kids were playing with toys, I was experimenting with ingredients and discovering the joy that baking brought me. More than 20 years later, that same excitement remains. The kitchen has always been my happy place, a space where creativity, comfort, and passion come together.
