Hi! I'm Rachel, Founder and Baker at Hottmitts Bakery. My passion for baking began when I was just four years old. Long before I could properly reach the counter, I was climbing onto it myself, determined to bake and create in the kitchen. While other kids were playing with toys, I was experimenting with ingredients and discovering the joy that baking brought me. More than 20 years later, that same excitement remains. At HottMitts, we believe dessert should taste every bit as incredible as it looks. Everything is baked with quality ingredients, made fresh, and made with love.
